Deutsche Bank has begun slashing more than 7000 jobs, including positions in London.

The struggling German bank, which has posted three straight years of losses, announced today it would be cutting its workforce from 97,000 to ‘well below’ 90,000.

It currently employs around 8,500 people in the capital, with hundreds expected to be made redundant.
